Directions

1. Hold the foot file by the ergonomic non-slip handle.
2. For dry use, apply gentle pressure and move the file in circular motions to remove callus and dead skin. For wet use, use it in the shower for a gentler experience. 
3.  Avoid going too deep into the skin to prevent pain or injury.
4.  After use, rinse the foot file with water and let it air-dry.
