Return Policy

Here at Beauty Prime, we want our customers to be able to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@beautyprimecom to exchange or return your products.

RETURN POLICY

You can return items for a full refund as long as it is within 14 days of receiving products and items are unused and in original packaging. Please note a 20% Restocking Fee and outgoing shipping costs will be deducted from the refunds. Please email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

If customer did not return the package after 3 weeks from provided return label from us, we will accept as customer decide to keep as is and case will be closed.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, our customer service department will email you once your credit is ready to be issued.

For all Hygiene products, if plastic seal is broken, we do not accept returns/refunds. Product must be in sellable condition with plastic seal attached as initially received product.

*NOTE: Returned products will be inspected by our Returns Department and if items are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with, a processing fee will be tacked on. This is to ensure the integrity of our company and the products that we carry.

COURIER / RETURN SHIPPING

For any packages returned back to us as ‘Undeliverable as Addressed’, ‘Insufficient Address’, ‘Moved/Unable to Forward’, and ‘No Such Number’ will be processed as a general return. Please kindly understand it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

Note that there are exceptions to cases where the correct address was provided however, the carrier returned it. In these cases, we will ask the buyer to provide any mail piece with their shipping address for confirmation. After we have validated the address, the fees will be reimbursed.

Packages returned as ‘Refused’, ‘Receptacle Blocked’, and ‘Unclaimed’, are procdessed as general returns as well.

In the event that we make an error, return shipping will be covered for errant merchandise and damaged products.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations can only be accepted before the package is shipped.
